Part of the initial agreement was to have a machine that could accommodate a scanning facility, at a later stage we’ve now added the scanner. Like most solicitors, we’re very document heavy so the scanner enables us to make pdf’s direct from scanned copies - that means we can email more so that saves on postage - it’s made a fantastic difference in terms of time and cost. The scanner, in particular, has transformed the way we work - it’s really speeded up our process so Honest have helped us enormously - we’re much more efficient now. Like any machine, it’s not without the odd problem but that’s not down to the supplier, that’s the design (Canon).
